Brighton Designer Jewellery

Katrina Alexander designs and makes British contemporary jewellery from her studio workshop in Brighton. Her work consists of sterling silver and gold with semi precious stones and is mainly organic in form. Her influences come from light effects, textures, shapes and random objects. She particularly enjoys working using the art of lost wax carving as it enables a real feeling of being close to the piece due to the intricate carving and sanding of the wax before casting. Currently a number of pieces made this way can be worn in different ways, thereby a pendant becomes a ring, and the piece can also be worn in two different ways to create different looks, thereby creating three pieces from one.

Formed in 2007, Katrina Alexander Jewellery Design designs and sells beautiful hand made silver jewellery on line and via stockists around the country. Working from a Brighton workshop, products can be purchased from Eikonoclast Gallery in Brighton.

All Katrina Alexander jewellery is hand made in the UK and is available to buy on line or from stockists around the country. Pieces are bespoke or limited edition and made from silver with semi precious stones.

As pieces are not mass produced customers can be assured of wearing a piece of jewellery that will not be seen on others. Bespoke pieces can be made to customers’ requirements and pieces made from delicate freshwater pearls are particularly suitable for brides and bridesmaids for weddings.
